Dhaatukaar is a trading brand operated by XYZ Enterprises, a sole proprietorship in India. By using this site or submitting an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them.

Eligibility and customer accounts
You must be legally capable of entering a purchase contract in India, or act with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. Information supplied for an order must be current and accurate.
You are responsible for keeping access to your email, telephone and one-time account codes secure. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. We may restrict activity that appears fraudulent, abusive or harmful to customers, the store or its providers.
Product descriptions and handcrafted variation
We aim to show each listed product truthfully, including its material, intended use, dimensions, approximate weight, construction, finish, care, included pieces, price and availability. Product photographs are representative; screen settings and light can alter colour.
Many pieces are handcrafted or hand-finished. Small differences in dimensions, weight, hammering, tone, tool marks and patina are natural and do not by themselves make a product defective. Material, missing parts, damage, incorrect goods or a substantial mismatch with the listing are different and should be reported under our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy.
Availability may change between browsing and checkout. Placing an item in your bag does not reserve it.
Prices, taxes and order acceptance
Prices are displayed in Indian rupees. The product page and checkout show the selling price, any applicable discount, delivery charge and taxes or fees required for the order. Free-shipping and promotional terms appear with the relevant offer.
A struck-through amount is a comparison price used to explain the displayed reduction; it should not be read as a statutory MRP unless the listing expressly identifies it as the genuine declared MRP. We may correct a genuine pricing or catalogue error before dispatch and will let you choose a refund rather than proceed at a changed price.
Your submission is an offer to buy. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt, not acceptance. The order is accepted when payment is authorised and we send an order confirmation, subject to lawful verification and stock. If we cannot accept an order, we will explain the practical next step and reverse or refund any captured amount.
Payment, failed transactions and offers
Payments are processed by the secure payment provider enabled at checkout. Available methods and any provider terms are shown there. We do not intentionally store complete card, bank or UPI credentials.
An order is not paid merely because an amount appears pending at your bank. If you are charged but no order confirmation appears, contact us with the payment reference; we will verify the transaction before asking you to try again.
Coupon eligibility, duration, minimum spend, exclusions and maximum discount are governed by the terms shown with the offer. Unless stated otherwise, offers cannot be combined, exchanged for cash or applied after an order is placed. We may withdraw an offer prospectively, but will not remove a valid discount from an already accepted order.
Shipping and delivery
We currently deliver to serviceable addresses in India and offer free standard shipping. Dispatch and delivery are separate estimates, not guaranteed dates. Product-specific dispatch, tracking, delays, address changes and failed delivery are explained in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Please inspect the outer package and product soon after delivery and keep the packaging while a damage or mismatch concern is reviewed.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
Our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy forms part of these terms. It explains request windows, condition requirements, exclusions, evidence, return shipping and refund timing.
Nothing in these terms limits remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for defective, deficient, spurious, incorrectly described or incorrect goods, or a delivery failure for which applicable consumer law requires a remedy.
Safe use is product-specific
Follow the exact use, lining, heat-source, food-contact and care guidance on the product page and accompanying material. Brass, copper and bell metal do not all behave alike, and an exterior metal alone does not establish cooking suitability.
General educational content is not medical advice and is not a substitute for product-specific guidance. Stop using a product that is damaged, unstable or has a compromised food-contact surface and contact us.
Content, intellectual property and reviews
The site’s original text, photography, graphics, brand assets and design are owned by or licensed to XYZ Enterprises. Personal, non-commercial browsing is permitted; copying, scraping, reselling or misleading reuse is not.
If you submit a review, photograph or video, you confirm it is yours to share, is truthful and does not violate another person’s privacy or rights. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce and display that submission in connection with Dhaatukaar. You may ask us to remove it, subject to records we must retain. We may moderate unlawful, abusive, irrelevant or fraudulent content, but will not alter a review merely because it is critical.
Service availability and responsibility
We work to keep product, price, stock and site information current, but the site may occasionally be unavailable or contain an error. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable from our breach.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, nor does it reduce your mandatory consumer rights. Links to external educational material are provided for context; the external publisher controls that material.
Governing law, grievances and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts and consumer forums with lawful jurisdiction may hear a dispute. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve the concern directly.

We may update these terms prospectively when our service or legal obligations change. The current effective date appears at the top. The terms applying when an order was accepted continue to govern that order unless a change is required by law or benefits you.
